I can’t tell you how much I appreciate all the hard work you performed for the sale and closing of my Moms
house. From the coordination and implementation of the estate sale, emptying and cleaning the house and coordinating
all the repairs required for closing, you were on top of it all. You were always available and responsive Because
I reside and work in New Jersey, I would never have been able to coordinate the sale without you. I will highly recommend
you to anyone selling or buying a home.

From the rapid response to my initial email right up to paying the cheque for the proceeds into our account for us ( we live

Our father died completely unexpectedly and my sister and I had a
limited amount of time to take care of his affairs while we were down in Florida. We contacted Carolyn and we coud not
have been happier with the job that she and her staff did.
She stayed in constant contact with us, she was so professional and very easy to work with. Being out of state,
we were concerned about the process, but they made it so simple for us and were so grateful. After the sale was complete,
they made sure the house was in " show condition" for the realtor.

If
you need help selling your treasured belongings, Carolyn Kress and Gary are you best choice. We just completed a sale of many
items that we have owned for over 35 years. Most were sentimental, precious, heirlooms or antiques that meant a lot to us.
Carolyn and Gary don not give away anything. They represent
you and the value you put on your proud possessions. I think they accomplish that by the time spent prior to the sale date
setting up, displaying and pricing each item.
I could
not believe how many followers they have. I could barley get our of my driveway at 8:30 in the morning. Cars and pickups were

and I had finally convinced our parents of the need to leave their Florida home
of nearly 20 years and move back to Pennsylvania to be near family. And, since they were moving
from a 3-bedroom home into an assisted living facility, they needed to do some
significant downsizing of furniture, kitchen supplies, lawn and garden equipment, and

and February 1, Smooth Sale-ing conducted an estate sale for us in Brooksville,
Florida. We couldn't have been more pleased. Their advertising methods drew a much larger crowd than
we expected, and this was a rural area. Carolyn and Gary took charge and did a
competent turnkey job. When they finished, the property was ready for the realtor to show.
Carolyn and Gary are talented sales people. They are both
